Empire Barbell is the ONLY dedicated Strongman gym in the Inland Empire. Located conveniently off the I-10 freeway and Alabama St in Redlands, CA, we offer specialized equipment, a competitive atmosphere, and expert programming for strength athletes and recreational lifters, alike.

In order to preserve our unique training environment and prevent overcrowding, we CAP membership each year. For New Year's 2019, we are offering discounts of up to 50% off on (5) Lifetime memberships, (10) 1-Year memberships, and (15) 6-month Memberships. Once sold out, prices will increase.
